Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔️ In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused
✔️ With tags and in its original packaging
✔️ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@mysmartposture.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
❌ Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
❌ Customized or personalized products
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ Sale items or gift cards
If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
✅ If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
✅ Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional processing time.

📌 We currently sell and deliver only within India. Returns and refunds are applicable only for orders placed within India.
